Pals Club offers free and premium plans. This page explains how to view and manage everything related to billing and subscriptions.
All payments are securely processed by [BILLING_PROVIDER]. Pals Club does not store your full card number or banking details — all sensitive payment data is handled by [BILLING_PROVIDER] in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

View current plan

Open billing settings

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Account Settings → Billing.

Review your plan details

The Current Plan section shows your plan name, billing cycle (monthly or annual), next renewal date, and price.

Upgrade or downgrade

Go to the Plans page

From Account Settings → Billing, click Change Plan.

Choose a new plan

Compare available plans and select the one that fits your needs. Premium features include [PREMIUM_FEATURE_LIST].

Confirm the change

Review the prorated amount (if applicable) and click Confirm. Your new plan takes effect immediately.
Switching from monthly to annual billing can save you up to [ANNUAL_DISCOUNT]% — look for the toggle on the Plans page.

Update payment method

Navigate to Payment Methods

Go to Account Settings → Billing → Payment Methods.

Add or replace a card

Click Add Payment Method, enter your new card details, and click Save. To remove an old card, click the menu next to it and select Remove.
Pals Club accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and select regional payment methods. For questions about accepted methods, contact [CONTACT_EMAIL].

Cancel subscription

Open Billing settings

Go to Account Settings → Billing.

Click Cancel Subscription

You will be asked to confirm. Once cancelled, you retain premium access until the end of your current billing period.
After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan and you will lose access to premium features. Any data exceeding free-plan limits may become read-only.

Request a refund

If you believe you were charged in error or are otherwise eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

Gather your billing details

Note the charge date, amount, and the last four digits of the payment method used.

Submit a refund request

Go to Contact Support and select Billing Issue as the category, or use our refund request template.

Wait for review

Refund requests are typically reviewed within [REFUND_SLA] business days. You will receive an email at your registered address with the outcome.

Frequently asked questions

You are billed at the start of each billing cycle — either monthly on the date you first subscribed, or annually on your subscription anniversary.
Invoices are available under Account Settings → Billing → Invoices. You can download them as PDF for your records.
Yes. When you downgrade mid-cycle, the unused portion of your current plan is applied as credit toward your next billing period.
