Your Pals Club account is the hub for your profile, security settings, and
notification preferences. This guide walks you through the most common account
management tasks.
Open account settings
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Account Settings.
Edit your profile
On the Profile tab you can change your display name, bio, avatar, and
any other public details.
Save changes
Click Save at the bottom of the page. Changes appear across Pals Club
within a few minutes.
Keep your display name recognizable so your pals can find you easily.
Change email or password
Navigate to Security settings
Go to Account Settings → Security.
Update your email
Enter your new email address and click Update Email. You will receive a
verification link at the new address — click it to confirm the change.
Update your password
Click Change Password, enter your current password, then enter and
confirm your new password. Choose a strong, unique password you do not use
elsewhere.

Notification preferences
You can control how and when Pals Club contacts you.

To adjust these settings, go to Account Settings → Notifications and toggle
each channel on or off.
Deactivate or delete account
Account deletion is permanent. Once you delete your Pals Club account,
all your data — including messages, connections, and activity history — will be
permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Deactivating your account hides your profile and pauses notifications. You
can reactivate at any time by logging back in.Go to Account Settings → General
Scroll to the Account Status section.
Click Deactivate Account
Confirm the action when prompted. Your profile will be hidden
immediately.
Go to Account Settings → General
Scroll to the Account Status section.
Click Delete Account
Enter your password and confirm. Your data will be queued for permanent
deletion within [DATA_RETENTION_PERIOD].
You have a [GRACE_PERIOD]-day grace period to cancel the deletion by
logging back in.
